Policy framework for the production entity, records custodian, and qualified counsel to finalize before any covered material is published.
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A — Records and Compliance Statement
Records custodian not yet configured. Visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by real performers may not be published until the following environment values are set and counsel-reviewed: VANTA_LEGAL_ENTITY, VANTA_RECORDS_CUSTODIAN, VANTA_RECORDS_ADDRESS. Contact the site operator to obtain the custodian address once configured.
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A apply to producers and secondary producers of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice.
Consent & performer care
All performers depicted on this site are verified adults who provided informed, written, content-specific consent before any production. Scene activities, hard limits, compensation, permitted uses, distribution scope, and takedown procedures are documented in writing before production begins. Consent is never inferred from a prior scene, relationship, or general availability.
Bondage, BDSM, shibari, and restraint productions require separately negotiated, activity-specific consent; agreed safewords or nonverbal stop signals; qualified safety planning; appropriate release tools and circulation checks; sober participation; and documented aftercare. Theatrical blood and simulated violence must be identified as staged effects.
Performers may request takedown of content in which they appear through the support channel. Verified requests are reviewed promptly and affected content may be suspended pending review.
Anti-trafficking policy
This site prohibits any content that promotes, depicts, facilitates, or could be used to advertise, solicit, or enable sex trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person. All performers participate voluntarily, are verified adults, and have provided written informed consent. No content is created through coercion, deception, debt bondage, force, or fraud.
We comply with the requirements of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (22 U.S.C. § 7101 et seq.) and the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act / Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (FOSTA-SESTA, Pub. L. 115-164). To report suspected sex trafficking, contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline: call 1-888-373-7888, text "HELP" to 233733, or visit humantraffickinghotline.org. Reports of potential trafficking relating to this site may be submitted through the support channel using the "Content complaint" topic and receive urgent review.

Complaints & takedown
Reports concerning consent violations, performer age, copyright infringement, unlawful content, trafficking, or privacy violations receive urgent review. Reported material may be suspended while the claim is assessed. Submit the URL, the nature of your concern, and a safe method of contact through the support page. Performers seeking takedown of content in which they appear should also use the support channel and are treated as high priority. We do not charge fees to process performer takedown requests.
Privacy notice
Adult-site usage is sensitive. We collect only the information necessary for accounts, payment processing, security, age compliance, and legal obligations. Categories of personal information collected from customers include:
- Account information — email address, hashed password, optional display name, account status and timestamps.
- Payment records — transactions are processed by CCBill; we receive only a transaction reference, amount, and status. Full card numbers and payment credentials are never stored by this site.
- Jurisdiction and access records — approximate state-level IP geolocation (via a third-party service, used only to apply state-specific age-assurance requirements), legal attestation records, age-verification pass/fail results and opaque session references. No identity document or facial image from customers is received or stored by this site.
- Usage and security logs — IP address, media access and playback session records, browser session identifiers, and audit events, retained for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Support communications — messages and topics submitted through the support channel.
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site behavioral tracking, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Third-party services used include CCBill (payment processing), VerifyMyAge (age assurance for enhanced-verification states), and an IP geolocation service; each is subject to its own privacy practices.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and is restricted to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under 18 (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.).
To exercise your privacy rights—including access, portability, correction, or deletion—use the account privacy tools or submit a request through the support channel (topic: "Privacy request"). We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.
California consumer privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) and the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to delete — Request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to exceptions required by law.
- Right to correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out action is required, but you may confirm this in writing through the support channel.
- Right to limit sensitive information use — We use sensitive personal information (account credentials, financial transaction data) only to provide the service and not for purposes that trigger opt-out rights under the CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination — We will not deny service, charge more, or provide a lesser experience because you exercised any of the rights above.
- Right to data portability — Download a structured export of your account data from the account privacy tools.
To submit a California privacy request, use the account privacy tools or contact us through the support channel (topic: "Privacy request"). We verify identity before processing requests. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf through the support channel.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is needed, but if you have concerns about how your data is handled, submit a report through the support channel.
Model applicant privacy
A model application may include legal and preferred names, contact and location details, date of birth, creative profile and work history, interests, boundaries, safety or accessibility notes, availability, optional emergency-contact information, portfolio links, private application photographs, and technical submission evidence. We use this information only to evaluate a voluntary application, communicate with the applicant, plan a safe interview, prevent abuse, and—if the applicant is accepted—begin private compliance onboarding.
Detailed application responses and photographs are encrypted at rest and restricted to authorized administrators. Application photographs are not public portfolio assets, are not used for facial recognition, and are never substitutes for the separate government-ID and age-verification process. We do not sell model-applicant information. Records are retained only for legitimate recruitment, safety, dispute, and legal needs; an applicant may use the support channel to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be preserved by law or for an active claim.
Government ID, tax forms, and signed compliance records are not collected on the public application. Accepted applicants receive a time-limited invitation to the private model portal for those records. Do not send identity documents through ordinary email.
Customer terms of use
Access to and purchase of content requires that you are at least 18 years old and that access is lawful under every applicable local, state, and federal law where you are located. By creating an account and purchasing or accessing content you confirm these requirements are met.
Individual purchases: A one-time purchase grants a permanent personal license to view the specified release for personal, non-commercial use. Purchased releases remain accessible unless removed pursuant to a valid legal order, a successful chargeback, a fraud reversal, or a verified performer takedown request. The license is non-transferable and does not include the right to copy, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display the content.
Membership: A $25/month automatically renewing subscription provides access to releases published on or after the start of your current uninterrupted membership period, plus archive access at member pricing, while the membership is active. See the refund and cancellation section for cancellation terms.
Prohibited conduct: You may not use this site to engage in, facilitate, or promote sex trafficking or the exploitation of minors; redistribute or resell content; circumvent access controls or age-verification systems; conduct automated scraping; or otherwise violate applicable law. Accounts engaging in prohibited conduct will be terminated.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing herein waives any right that cannot legally be waived.
Refund & cancellation policy
Individual release purchases are generally final. If a purchase did not deliver access to the purchased content due to a technical error on our part, contact support within 14 days for a correction or refund.
Membership cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the CCBill subscriber portal linked from your account page or through the support channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued. After cancellation, membership-period releases become unavailable but individually purchased releases remain permanently accessible.
Recurring billing: The monthly membership is an automatically renewing subscription at $25/month charged to the payment method on file with CCBill. It renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the CCBill subscriber portal or through the support channel. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for a purchase you made and accessed (other than in response to genuinely unauthorized use) may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact support before filing a chargeback.
Refund requests: Submit through the support channel using the "Billing or refund" topic, including the order date and amount. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Customer age verification & records
Every performer requires government-issued identity and age verification before production. Performers upload an encrypted copy of their government-issued photo ID through the private model portal, and an authorized staff member independently examines and approves the record. Applicable recordkeeping and labeling requirements under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A are described in the records compliance statement above.
Customers must attest that they are at least 18 and that accessing this content is lawful under every applicable local, state, and federal rule. In states that require enhanced age assurance for adult material, content access remains locked until an independent third-party provider returns an age-over-18 result. This site receives only the pass/fail result and an opaque session reference—not the customer's identity document, facial image, or any biometric data.
